Our team includes an MBA with expertise in Healthcare Administration as well as individuals proficient in Medical Coding and Billing, Practice Management, HIT, EMR Implementation and Healthcare Compliance (HIPAA, HITECH, etc.). Our goal is to maximize practice efficiency while enhancing patient experience and engagement. The increased efficiency allows the provider more time to either grow their practice by seeing more patients or to divert more attention into their personal lives. Services are custom tailored to the specific needs of each client. If practice growth is a primary goal then focus is made to increase new patient flow through direct to consumer advertising and by creating new referral networks with other healthcare providers within an expanded service area. If increased income is desired then we will explore cost saving measures within the practice as well as reviewing Coding – Billing practices to make sure that each encounter is generating appropriate revenue. Finally, we will evaluate the current services that the practice has in place and determine wether new income streams can be implemented. Many of these new income generators can be configured so the majority of the time – work burden falls upon office staff members working under the supervision of the Clinician. The majority of Health Care Providers today are already working at capacity. For those providers our goal is to help them grow by working smarter instead of working harder. For the minority of providers that want to see workloads increase we will focus on efficiency and maximum utilization of existing and new resources while we expand their patient base and range of services. Consulting services are offered at both hourly rates as well as retainer based packages.
